Default ef seat base...

ordered aftermarket seat bases for the sparco's that are going into my 91 hatch but its nowhere near fitting right. I think that I might have the one for a sedan but im not sure. here's some pics. i stuck pens in the hole to show how far off everything is.

The front holes are about 3.5 inches too wide.

the one circled in red should be flat like the one in the yellow.

any help would be great. also post 90-91 sedan seat rails/mounting points if you got'em

y not just take it to a shop and have them relocate the tabs that bolt down to where they are supposed to be at.

If your car IS a 91, they should fit fine... where you are trying to bolt them up is the 88-89 location...

and correct me if im wrong but im sure the numbers circled in red is the manufacture date.

some guys on ef-honda.com were saying that it looks kinda like EG mounting points. i looked at my buddies coupe and the tabs look like they're perfect for an eg but i havent tried it yet. And thanks for all of the replies guys...anybody else have any info??

saw another thread stating that in the U.S. only 88-89 are interchangeable and 90-91 are interchangeable....and in the rest of the world 88-91 are swappable. i live in canada and looking at my floor layout and the layout of an 88/89 it looks the same. which would make a whole lot of sense....
