I havent personally done this but i can tell you there won't be an issue. Regardless of who makes the mounts they all accomplish the same thing. They all are going to have the motor situated in the engine bay the same exact way regardless. whether its hasport or ebay mounts the motor isn't going to be in a different spot. there may be some slight variances among mounts but nothing appreciable enough to affect something like a shift linkage. that being said no matter what mounts you use the shift linkage is going to be unaffected.

The Innovative mounts place the engine a little higher in the bay than the HAsport mounts. The car I bought came with HAsport mounts, B16A2, and a stock Si hood. After swapping the engine for a B16B (taller engine), I had to use a USDM SiR style hood and still had to trim some of the skeleton to close it.
