Default Seriously, how long does it take to swap a head? Mechanically inclined.

I have been in the process of building a nice replacement engine for the stock D16Y8. Now, once the head is done, I want to compair it to the stock head. How long does it take to actually swap one head for another?

Just wondering......

with no knowlage it took me 4 - 4 1/2 hours, just have a book handy
and to think now a can do a swap in 5-6 hours
