so what i know about the car is has the carb. Looks like its been sitting for awhile bunch of oil on the chasisis belts look new feel good. Won't start first time i turn key. smell oil burning soon as it warms up white smoke comes from belt area. I see small leak near belt area drips underneath not much dime quater size only after i drive or let it run for a bit. The idle goes up and down from 1 k to 2k. steering seems alittle lose could be me not ever driveing a honda only eagle talon and dodge raider. Theres a sensor / concector thing infront of the exhaust manifold and fan looks sorta warped / melted no idea what that is.

i've read that oil leak is common problem dunno where to start other then full tune up
