skunk 2 pro 1's question
I have a question, My friend had a set of skunk 2 pro 1 series camshaft laying around that he’s not using. My question is, are there any upgrade recommendation for the pro1’s? my engine is 98 gsr. What’s done to the motor are; intake, blox IM, itr throttle, itr header, greedy exhaust, and unknown chip p72 ecu. Do I need to change any internal components on the head? Such as, valve, springs, and retainer… Im not planning to get cam gear yet because at the moment I’m not ready to tune my car yet. Just thought I put the shaft on since its just sitting around..
would there be any improvement if its un tune, Would it do any hp, tq improvement?
Would it be safe on stock rev?

Bold #1 = Tuning is key to a properly running motor, and to prevent a melt down in your motor
Bold #2 = Pro 1's are pretty serious cams, at the least you should upgrade your valvesprings
Bold #3 = Don't even think about running those cams if you're not gonna tune
Side note, you car is probably slower now with that IM and TB then when it was stock if you haven't gotten a proper tune.
