lookin for a new turbo and need opinions

i got a fully built b18 and runnin around 15lbs of boost. i got a precisioin sc61 turbo and it puts out great power it just takes to long to spool and hit full boost. im lookin to stay at around 475-525hp and still maintain a spool range of around 3500-4000rpm. any suggestions would be appreciated
You're not going to find a turbo that spools before 4k and still makes over 500whp. The closest you'll come is 4400-4700rpm. If you ran something like the STC Silver Surfer, Borg Warner S256/S258, or a GT30r, you could see a good improvement in spool and still make the power you want.

With the GT35R, you're in about in the same boat as your SC61, with a little improvement. The larger turbochargers are not going to help you with the response you're looking for wether it is a ball-bearing cartridge or not. Your displacement just won't move anything that big that fast...
