Any suggestions on lowering?

i have a 98 ex, stock suspension, lookin to lower about 1.5", any suggestions on how to go about it?

also does anyone know of any coilover setups that arent ridiculously expensive yet reliable

Why do you want to use a coil-over setup? and whats your Budget?
