Only thing about the steering wheel is where or what do you do with it once you have removed it and you are at work or say at a ball game? You take it everywhere with you? LOL!

I know how you feel on the full coverage thing. Somebody stole my 94 GSR about a month after i turbo'd it! a kill swith would've worked wonders for me! Like others said, you could also just unplug certain things in the engine bay to keep it from starting.

A tad bit overdramatic haha...

If it were in my driveway I would make sure cars are in front and behind it, maybe even next to it, if you are somewhere for a while, I would remove the ECU, but Idk how the theft rate is there...

Go to this forum:

https://honda-tech.com/zeroforum/27

There are several very good stickies with detailed car security information.

Get a good alarm with remote paging, fuel kill switch, detachable steering wheel, pull fuses, remove ecu..

Some of these things have already been listed, but reguardless if someone wants your car...

Unfortunately they will find a way to get it.

a good place to put a kill switch is splice into the ign power far enough back that a theif cant see it when poping the ign off and run the switch in you gas tank fill houseing kinda a pain to pop ur gas tank door every time you want to start it but a theif will never find it, and of course theres probably theives looking at this thread, so your never safe

Im sure thats the MAIN problem ^^

Best thing is stay low key. Dont talk freely about what you have, keep away from posting things with addresses and license plates. Addresses on a box say from buying your turbo would be a sure fire way to get a thief to drive a few miles to your residence for the car they knows gonna be waiting. Chances are youve posted before about what alarm system you have along with the other goodies. It's like theives craigslist. Best bet is stay LOW KEY my friend.

you can't have nice **** anymore bottom line... i see stolen teg thread every week at minimum... best security is keep as stock as possible, and that's not even really safe. it's inevitable. it may take 5 or 10 years, thieves will eventually target your car. one day i just got caught slippen... that's all it takes... i don't know anyone that's been into imports that hasn't had their car either stolen(including me) or tampered with. i bought my integ brand new in 98 and slowly built it for 7 years, all to get every part ripped off... so now i just drive it, stock no mods/no fancy rims.. i'm not funding these thieves lifestyles anymore.. i fckn hate thieves with a passion. off with their heads
