2000 Accord ECU or Relay?

2000 Accord ECU or Relay?
Hey guys. My 2000 Accord LX 4 cyl. VTEC Auto died on me and refuses to start. The car turns over but does not start. I have noticed the didgital odometer is out as well as the fuel pump ( I can't hear it hum).
What steps should I take in tryng the get the problem resolved?
The battery checks out good and I see no wiring damage anywhere.

I forgot to mention I have tried 2 different code scanners and neither can get any reading from the ECU.
