Hello Im interested in gettin the 3 pt front strut from pwjdm to match my rear bar, My ? is will it fit w the stock dx intake assembly on the car still? Any help would be greatly appreciated

 

I'm sure if you contact the seller and gave them all pertinent info they'd be able to assist you properly. But then again some places, I will leave their names out, can have all the info and still sell the wrong piece. Check on their return policy and restocking fee also. Good luck!

 

I already PMed passwordjdm and they were unsure w/o a pic of my engine bay. So I was wondering if anyone w a stock dx ek had this bar and it fit since the intake assmebly is diff then the other models.

 

I have a stock ek with cai and a regular si/ex bar will not fit. If I remember correctly, the filter box sits right on top of the tb, right? Thats why I couldn't put the ex/si bar in place properly. Even with the cai the ex/si bar doesn't fit. My buddy just copied that same bar from those same people and is making one for my car soon. He has a different engine so he still needs to test fit a whole bunch for mine.

 

Sorry bud, it wont work with a top mount tb. Gonna have to change the IM if you want it.
