ummm i kinda feel like a retard asking this question. i searched through 2 pages and everyone seems to think 94-01 integra shift linkage works...well it didnt for me tonight. does a 92-95 civic coupe have the same linkage as a 92-95 civic hatch? the stabilizer bar seems to fit but there is something messed up going into gear, or almost going into gear. it doesnt quite click in and 2,4, R dont even engauge. what should i change?

ummm 94-01 should work , it did for me in my eg, you sure u got the right linkage? you put in the shift pin right? and your bushings good?

 

yes and yes! what doesnt make sense to me is that it goes into gears 1, 3, 5 but not 2, 4 and R.

same thing happened to me take it back out and "tweak" it a little

 

tweak it? i dont even know what way. i just remembered something else...going from side to side in neutral...there is alot of play. the shift **** almost hits the seat.

 

Sounds like its bent pretty bad. Either try a different one or MAKE that one work.
