Car doesnt show any signs of electric?

Car doesnt show any signs of electric?
Hey guys,
I know this is honda-tech,but i have a 94 celica st,7afe,came with the motor and no wiring harness,bought the stock 1 and wired everyhting up,i go to put the key to acc and nothing,no signs of power,no horn,lights.
Ive spend several hours checking what to look for but this is my first project,just wondering where to start
(Ps:Even tried jumping the car and sill no signs of power)
