Full-face helmet (with real visor) certainly. A guy I know had a tree branch come through his windshield and spear the seat next to his head in a rally car...
Both Bell models are reasonably priced and good quality. Do be sure that you buy from an actual walk-in dealer, rather than online. You REALLY want to try on the actual helmet you are looking at purchasing, and walk around the shop for 30 min or more to be sure it fits. Take a head sock if you will be wearing on in the rally car, too.
