Help me identify the purpose of this part (Rear Engine Mount Part)
#11 - Part of the Rear Engine Mount

I have always assumed that it is merely a giant washer of sorts to take up the excess space of the bolt but on a few Honda parts sites it is called a 'weight'. I can only imagine that its only other purpose is to some how create some form of balance so that the bolt doesn't vibrate loose; like in https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=955011
(was unable to locate anything in the archives referring to this piece)

I've used the shorter bolt and no 'weight' before without any negative results for over a year on one of my cars.
