i think im going to add some octane boost, and some ethyl alcahol (by product of alcahol is water) we will see if it will pass.....anyone ever try this b4? kep in mind i live in california,,,,

why is your car not passing? water is a product of any combustion reaction, including gasoline and oxygen.

Try putting all the stock parts back, like air intake & exhaust manifold. It work for my zc crx
