How similar is the del sol to a civic suspension/brakes etc ?

Title says it all guys.
Are they so similar parts are interchangeable ?

is this year front splines for the axles will a b series axel fit in it or do i have to swap out the suspension for 92-95 b/c of the splines or at least the spindles...
