What is the highest lift/aggressive cam you can run in a stock d16z6 head before you have to do any machine work?

To the head, for example, the Crower Stage 3 cam. It says in order to use the cam head modifications have to be made. I was just curious what kind of modifications have to be made to the head?

I don't know much about valve train just a general question.

inside of head was bead blasted, now cam won't rotate freely...
