Do 93 civic sedans come stock with plastic speaker surroundings?

Do 93 civic sedans come stock with plastic speaker surroundings?
My sisters 94 civic coupe has these plastic things that the speaker bolts into(I don't know the proper name for them) and my 93 civic sedan doesn't have them(so the speakers get wet when it rains due to water dripping into the inside of the door),so I was wondering if it comes stock with them?Also anyone know what their called?
