so im looking to upgrade my manifold with a skunk 2. how much hp would i gain and what would be the benifits of it? thanks.

you'd see nearly no gains on a stock motor.
and from the lack of detail of your post thats the best answer you'll get, and you're lucky to have gotten that seeing there's tons of info on said manifold if you bothered to search.
