i got a d15 vtec head....d16a6 bottom...i have a obd0 -obd1 jumper and p28... can i use the jumperon the engine? all the mini me write ups dont mention wiring harnesses....can i use it on my application if i want to make it obd1...also just for yuks...how much power gain will i be seeing with the vtec head on?

You will use your existing engine harness. The OBD0 to OBD1 harness plugs in at the ecu side of the harness. You will still need to run additional wires for VTEC. You will also need a matching distributor and OBD1 injectors.

As far as horsepower is concerned, I wouldn't expect more than 20whp out of the conversion.
