Default built d16y7 any good??

d16y7 back from the machine shop tom. brand new internals and around 11:1 comp ratio, depending on thickness of head gasket. got screwed by co-worker and spent alot of time and money on it. just trying to get what i paid. its gota y8 head on it to.and its bored first oversized, .025

also..

bore-.025 over
crank micro polish
blocked decked 1 mil
complete rotating assembly has been balanced includes:
-pistons
-rods
-crank
-bearings
-flywheel
-clutch
-crank pully
the clutch is an organic street from F1
chromoly light weight flywheel from F1
if you use stock head gasket (3-layer @ 0.037 in) = 10.59to1 comp ratio
or use 2 ply (@ 0.025in) you get 10.91to1 comp ratio
with a complete new gasket kit for everything and new water pump and tensioner
