When i try to turn it on the dash ligths begins to blink very fast and then nothing happens, i tried another battery and it started, is it normal.... this blinking stuff? Do i need to change the battery...only? or maybe theres something wrong with the generator....???????????????????????????

 

I would say that the battery is dead. But, you really didn't mention anything about clicking noises coming from the engine bay.
