Default My car is starting to shake a little more each week

Every time I'm at a stop light I can feel my car shake just a little (is that normal?). Any idea on what might be causing this?

Car has 140xxx miles

Do the RPM's drop really low, and then pick back up?

I don't think it does, but I'll pay more attention to my rpm next time I take my car out. I do notice that I hear a little sound coming from the engine (happens randomly) when I start my car or when I'm idle. Sadly I can't explain the sound.

Also I took my car to the mechanic about a week ago and he said something about me having to change the thing that holds the engine to the car, I don't remember the name, but maybe you guys know what I am talking about? He said the engine is not locked onto the car anymore and when I drive the car it will feel jerky... anyone know what I am referring to?
