Haha you would make a post like this lol. I told you my situation and never complained about you selling me blown trashed subs then make a post like im tying to rip you off two blown subs.

A few people on here to vouch for me....sly samba, micha, 92hb_hb, tc07, criff666 if you need more ill keep going. I got 3 metal plates in my face and 50 something stiches and your worried im not gonna send back epoxied blown subs. Ill go take some pics of the working nice condition subs you sold me.

I also pmed you before this post was made gauranteeing you they would be sent in the next 2 days.

 

Silva's a good guy and i know for a fact he just had a pretty serious surgery not too long ago

 

Yeah, i'm sure he will send your subs back, he sent me pics of his messed up face.

 

i vouch for him too. give the guy a break. he just had some serious work done to his face. im sure running to UPS to ship out some subs wasnt his first priority. if you sold him blown subs, u were wrong in the first place. im sure he'll send them back. he had a medical emergency, i think that qualifies for a good reason why theyre not shipped yet.

Thanks guys i was hoping a few of you guys that knew me and my character would chime in. And yes theres no hard feelings i should have sent them back from my hospital bed but regardless they will be sent immediately.

 

i can also vouche for him. he would send the item back ASAP. trust, very good guy.

i was just wondering what was going on with it since i had no idea. it's not like i made him pay for them. it has just been a while and was just curious as to where my stuff was, it's just a misunderstanding.
i know he is a good buyer but didn't know what happened that's all

i didn't know they were blown since they worked pretty well for me, i'm not an audio guy so wouldn't be able to know.
he told me a month or so ago he had to get surgery and that was fine, is curiosity a crime here?

there's nothing against him but just felt left in the dark that's all

Its fine man just didnt think a thread was neccesary. I kept you informed through pms i thought were adequate for the situation but i understand you wanted to know.

if they were blown i wouldn't have sent them, or if i knew they were.
i guess jsilva isn't mentioning that i didn't ask him to send payment for anything until he got the package and checked everything out and even offered to pay for returning the subs.

But either way I would like to thank you guys for being quick to pass judgment on a situation you don't know the details about and completely blowing up a situation that was brought about by a simple misunderstanding.

 

Dude you dont know when to quit. You just offered money for returning the subs as you posted that co i obviously couldnt tell people that lol. Also i didnt come on here telling everyone how you had no vouches and sold me a **** *** product that was described as being 100 functional and you forgot to mention the epoxy holding one of the subs together. I also said it was no big deal paid you for the amp and said i would vouch for you as a seller since you had no vouches on here.

Plain and simple **** happens and im not mad about the situation because honestly i had different priorities and now i will gladly ship the subs back to you. The whole calling me out on a thread where i conduct business and have never had a problem before and i also let you know frequently my situation is the only thing i personally would not have done. No big deal lets just drop it and you will get your blown subs back but i hope you dont try to sell them to anyone else.

You just need to step back and look at the big picture and relax because you will get your stuff back. At least i didnt call you out for trying to sell defective equipment because i believe its an honest mistake so lets leave it and hell ill even still bump your threads and vouche for ya.

 

yea good point, he def couldve torn your reputation into shreds for the "not as described" parts.

i mean, u had an AMP AND SUBS im pretty sure you couldve tested them before shipping them.

if jsilva knew they were blown im pretty sure he wouldnt buy them..

but anyways mistakes happen and lets just RELAX
