Default BRAKE LIGHTS

I have 1996 honda accord ex vtech engine, and I'm having a problem with my brake lights, they stay on when the car is off, can any one help???

That must mean the car is stopped !! LOL I crack me up

All kidding aside, go dash diving and look at the brake light switch where it contacts the brake pedal arm.
There is supposed to be a rubber plug that the brake switch plunger contacts, they often times fall out.

Or you might need to adjust/replace the switch
