only if they were retarded and forced it or something.... it wont go on properly when your 180 out.
I would check the easiest **** first. Check the battery make sure its not dead or weak. Make sure all your grounds are good. Make sure the starter is connected properly and you have battery voltage there. What happens when you go to start it ?

went and looked into it today its the timing belt drive shaft pulley ...its chipped and unbalanced when it rotates ...so know wonder it dosen not crank up ..........went to acouple import junk yards here in san antonio wit rude forriegn ppl workin at them couldnt find it i guess im just goin to haft2 go through the dealer....more cash 2 spend but screw it......
hmmm i would imagine its another part of the switch. What i was talking about is that the ignition switch sends power to the starter. I believe it is what sends power to the starter solenoid in particular. Therefore bad switch possible no crank situation. I know this because I sat there for atleast an hour one time trying to figure why my car wouldnt crank and had that connection disconnected on the starter, so a switch with a bad contact would most likely act as an open. But i see what your talking about, the switch i supplys power to many circuits.
