hey there does anyone here deal with weak sauce ? are they good guys to deal with? is there service good?

i just ordered from them online and i got a failure notice from some weird email addy that has to do with there online purchasing and most of the message was messed up with just script and then i got another email with an order receipt like wtf did my order go threw or not i sent them an email im just waitin for there response
