when you remove the oem speakers. aftermarket speakers only come with positive and negative wires, do II cut off the plug on the door and just solder the wires accordingly ? positive to negative

Yes you will need to cut of the factory clip but I say use wire nuts instead of soldering, and also leave some wire on the clip so you can always go back to oem. The factory clip has 2 positives/ 2 negatives, just twist them together and then wire nut to your aftermarket speakers.

 

nice, i havnt lookd at it or done it yet, will the positive and negative both be aparent?, also will i have to wire anything else? or do anything special so they get the right frequency or wtf and dont blow ?
