So it seems that my West Coast Tour, the begining of my "See the Grapes" Tour, did not go according to plan. On the way out, i ran into some problems leaving, and left a little late. Still, i seemed confident to make it. Here comes Mississippi and as im leaving the state i just so happened to have a truck fling a dead deer at me.Yea i hit that ****, and from there on our, i had major coolant and oil issues with the block. Yea, 17-18hrs into my from house, and i had to turn around and limp the car back towards home. Coolant and Oil leak is constant, but if i keep the fluid levels up, its ok. I have to stop and let it cool down every few hundred miles. Very sad indeed.

I shouldve thought this through alot more, and used more time, but it was a quick build, and i should have added in factors like people running late, parts not coming in on time, paint work taking much longer than expected, and more. But most importantly, the easiest thing wouldve been to not follow that truck!

This will not stop the tour though. In fact, this will only make it stronger. June 6th, i will be in VA. East Coast Honda meet on the 7th, after that its the ITR Expo from 8-10th.

I am very happy to see that Eibach went down with no major problems! Its really embarassing to be one of the meet planners, and not even making it. I tried everything, to fly from dallas, thought of driving the rest of the way, or maybe catching a ride. Just wasnt going to happen though.
