Default b18 obd1 timing issue

I have an 88 crx with b18 in it, ran fine on obd0 converted to obd1 because i wanted more power ever since i cant get the timing correct. its about an 1/8" off with the dizzy turned as far as it will go. I would like some help figuring it out. I have a p75 ecu and TD-45u dizzy i think all i know its brand new. If i cant get it figured out i think i may have to convert back to obd0 which i really dont want to spend the money on a new ECU and dizzy to convert back.
