there should be plugs right there somewhere if not u need the in dash crx si harness....cuz it both goes together but you have to take out the dash and transfer evrything
Yea.....your suppose to use the chassis' harness, Its easier, at least i think, you said it was a sedan, so its a dual-point...so you have to FIRST convert to Multi-point....then you have to do your dizzy...depending on what ECU you're using, You have to do that too...I just got doin my sedan with a b16a2 a few months ago...i'll help, if can.

LX is still a dual-point system, so like I said before, you still have to do the multi-point conversion. Then you have to do the dizzy wiring. What ECU are you planning to use?..Its it an OBD0 ECU? A little more info on the swap my might ... you said you pulled the motor from a CRX? was the crx a SI?....

Was the crx a Si?....either way...you still have to use your chassis' harness...and splice it up...You still have to do the multi-point conversion, theres no other way around it...and since you're using a obd0 setup...that makes things easier for you......just do the multi-point conversion and you should running in no time.
you know any DIY that shows me step by step on how to do the multi-point conversion ?
also, will i need to buy any extra parts?
also,my clutch cable and accelarator cable is too long. I tried putting those cables where they belong but they dont fit.

All you have to do is use the search on here look up multi point, sorry i cant help you out more, because the write ups i used are on another computer and check the FAQ section also.....im pretty sure theres a write up there.
I dont think you need to buy anything else, for your setup, at least thats what i think.
And your clutch cable,...I really dont know about that, because im using a hydro tranny with a cable to hydro converter...IF I have had to guess, i'd say you MIGHT just need to adjust the plastic nut at the end of the cable....if not...just take the one from the crx.
hope that helps you out a little bit...let me know if you get it running...

ummm,. I meant distributor....
ummm,. I meant distributor....
the reason 4 not matching u have to use the sedan harness and the crx harness to convert it to mpfi....... a local shop can do that for u ..the sedan is dpfi only cause its an LX so just do what i told u and ull b fine convert both the engine harnesses...And for the distributor ,u can get and adapter but the b16 is obdo rite??????? so it should just connect with the sedan harness any more hep just ask k...hope this helps....
Well the pic of the connector u took a pic from its from the sedan rite well if so whoever u get to do the harness will convert both of them so that u would use some of one and the other
the pics on the top of the page ...the top pipc is the right side of the car rite with resistor box....and the other pic is the left side of the car ......well that engine harness 2 the sedan will fit both side of the plugs that are comin from the left and rite...well they will keep them and use the other harness for the rest of the engine .....cant really explain it threw words but a shop should do it with no problem..if u dnt knoe how just in case
negative bro both plugs are on the drivers side corner under the engine bay. If u check the pics good they r on the drivers sdie both
