helicoil didnt fix my head stud

yea so i took my block to a shop to do a helicoil... and [freak] i got it to 60lbs of torque, when i go for the final 72, **** gave up. what are my options?

get a new motor. sorry. there's no real good way but if helicoil wont work then I dont know of anything else

Full Torque thread insert. You just have to read on the site exactly how they work. These are used quite a bit on aluminum blocks to make stronger threaded holes; not just when a hole gets stripped.
