want to upgrade found a Y1 LSD b16a tranny should i ? or what other good options are they to do

 

Well, I dont have an lsd tranny, but I sure as hell wish I did. Supose to be one of the best upgrades you can do to your car. So if you can get your hands on one that is in good condition then do it.

And I think your only other good option is to put an after market lsd in your current tranny. But that requires much more skill and knowledge than just swapping a tranny.
