i was on my way home from work and i noticed the rear drivers side turn signals were working, when i got it home i pulled the tail light out and saw that the seal had gone and that water had collected. all the other lights in the car work...could this be do to a short? and how would i go about fixing this...i'm not every experienced with electrical work
