Default eg tranny/clutch problems

this is for my cousin

he was driving in 2nd gear and got on it and when i went to put it in neutral and it got stuck in gear, and when he came almost to as stop i forced it out. now it wont go in any gear unless the car is off but when the car is on and you press in the clutch pedal it makes a sheet-metal type raddle and the clutch pedal is really hard and its like a stock clutch

what would this be?

i think the pressure plate like fell off the flywheel
so.......
any other ideas or does what i said sound right
