I can tell you after running my car last summer for a week with out the carpet it is not fun. Every single grain of sand sounds like a bolder hitting the underside of your car. The carpet is not just for aesthetic purposes. It helps keep the sound out and without it every part of your interior trim will rattle against the steel with every bump.

Not to mention once you remove the carpet there is a fire proof liner that comes down the firewall to the floor. There is also the heater air ducting that runs down the sides of the center tunnel.

I'm not sure what your standards are for bad carpet, post a pic. In my opinion no carpet would be a bad standard.

Sorry This is the best I have. I'm not going to put half my interior back in without the carpet for the sake of an internet thread. But I think you should be able to get the vibe of how ghetto your car would look without carpet from these.

These seats are out of a USDM DC2 ITR. The JDM ITR's have a fixed headrest style seat. aka Recaro's.

I think you should be able to find places to do different carpet for you if you do not like the material of the carpet in the Accord. If its just a color change, I think places can dye it as well.
