********CLUTCH PROBLEM NEED HELP CLUTCH SINKS TO THE FLOOR*********
alright first off this is for a friends car. he said his clutch went all the way down to the floor and didnt come back up, then he pulled it up and the clutch pedal just went back to the ground. wut is wrong with it, he said hes pretty sure there isnt a leek.and btw i already searched.

check that the clutch master cylinder isnt leaking on the inside of the car and under the hood.......from my experience on a hydraulic clutch if the pedal doesnt spring back it has to be a pressure loss due to a leak or improper bleeding.....get a speed bleeder and bleeding bottle it makes the job easy

thank you everyone else who actually helped. we ended up having to replace the slave cylender and the master cylender to fix it.

it's easy to follow the clutch hydraulic line from behind the pedal (where it contacts the m/c) all the way to the slave cylinder. everything you're looking for is under the hood.
make sure there are no leaks/disconnects. ensure you have clean brake fluid to work through the line and bleed.
the pedal will not return as long as there is no pressure in the line. it'll feel limp for the first several purges. you'll begin to notice the spring return after all the air is out.
