Default looking for help with tranny swap

Basically, I've got my first car which is a 95' civic EX, everything stock except exhaust. At the moment it is an AT, with plans to make it a manual. and I've already gone through the first tranny and replaced with another junkyard AT which that too shifts awfully and seems like it too is about to go. My girlfriends brother and his friends are honda crazy and can basically do a transmission swap np.
So my deal is, I have no clue what I'm doing, but I need to find a list, and all the parts I'm gonna need to make this happen. It's something I want to get done right the first time, so there won't have to be any other times.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Also a note,

I have found earlier a decent and well described list of everything needed to throw into this project. But now my issue seems to learn more towards where to go about getting these parts, prices, places, etc.

um, you need the tranny, atf, and some tools.
wtf?

unless you mean you're swapping from auto to manual, and if so then you forgot to mention it.

you just need a new tranny, and u can reuse all ur bolts from ur old tranny. that's it, no special thing require.

noo im switching from an AT to a MT..
The list I have on what I need is basically this..
-Transmission
-Clutch/Flywheel/Pressure Plate//manual flywheel bolts
-Starter
-Clutch Reservoir
-Hydraulic Lines
-Slave Cylinder
-Master Cylinder
-ECU
-Pedal Assembly
-Throttle Cable
-Shift Linkage
-Manual Console Piece (unless I were to just modify it...)
-Shift Boot
-Shift ****
-Shifter
-Shifter Bushings
-Mounts
-Inspection Plate

A lot of this **** I figure I can junkyard. But some I'd like to purhcase new cause I figure them parts gonna be the most important. Any good internet sites around//auto stores reccomended? The tranny I figure I can scoop up from an import in Chicago, and the flywheel, clutch, and pressure plate i'd like to purchase new. ECU and Starter i'd probably like to purchase new as well.

I agree with him The pedal assembly the hard line the slave cylinder line you can by the clutch master and the actual slave cylinder you can get new the shift linkage you might get with the trans cut the whole out with a sawzall or a dremel.
The wiring harness there are ways to beat it without taking out the stock one just look for the thread im pretty sure its been done 1000 times. Most important is the custom motor mount because the auto trans sits a little higher i think but like i said there must be a thread for it.

bumpage

and thanks for the help everyone..
by the way, that honda automotive parts site is excellent.

yeah all the parts could be pulled from a junkyard, but i'd assume some are better off being bought brand new, flywheel, maybe a starter, etc.. any recs?
