My brother took the fodo to the IFO in Birmingham,AL. and set a new personal record for the car with are new set-up of 11.51 @ 131mph. Then to top off the new personal record, we finish in are class with a runner-up finish. We both would like to THANK Feriando, Sergio, Rolo and the rest of the crew at CFT for all there help with tuning the car and getting us to the races. They went out of there way to help us with all the problems we ran into with the car just trying to get back to the track. My brother was on the phone with Sergio this hole day after each pass, to try to fine tune the boost controller. We would also like to thank Bullseye Turbos for getting us a turbo to get by until are turbo got here, they also made it possible for us to make it to this race and get that runner-up position.

We want to thank everyone that came by the pits and checked the car out and gave us great complaints on the fodo. We have put alot time into the car when we started to build it to run Power Street and changed it over to run Turbo Street.


Jimmy, thanks for feeding Dave since he pitted next to you. Don't worry Dave always has his truck packed with everything for the track and some stuff that you would think you wouldn't need.

It was nice seeing your car go down the track. It really surprised a lot of people. Keep up the good work and congrats on finishing second!

 

Man that 4door was rockin.. reminded me of my old volvo.. congrats on the runs man you were really consistant and thats what it takes to win these things some time..

definantely do realize that i have to change the gear ratio in the tranny again, it seems like it takes for ever to go through 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gear seems like i am barely in it before the track ends. i was so pleased with the way the car ran and i can't wait to get the gearing change and put our turbo back on it and then see what this car will do.

we will try and keep everyone posted on how it all turns out.
