valve guide seals or worn valve guides might cause it to smoke. That is a fairly common problem on higher mileage honda's. bad piston rings can also do it, and it doesnt matter if there were no marks on the cylinder walls. the rings could still be worn enough to cause smoking. a leakdown test would be the most conclusive way to determine if your rings are sealing ok or not.
additionally, what color is the smoke? and if you take off your oil cap, does it look like a milkshake exploded? because the problem might be in your headgasket install as well..

its definetly oil its like a blueish white..(that is oil right? lol) and ya ive started my car jus about everyday so everythin stays workin since the car isnt registered yet and i actually checked the oil cap yesterday and it is a caramel color. the only reason why i want to fix this is so that i can get my car emmisions test past so i can get it registered and put the zc in and fix this as a back up jus incase cuz i dont have the complete zc yet.
