Default Actual gain from a test pipe or hi-flow cat?

Has anyone done a dyno after installing a test pipe or hi flow cat? Just wonder how much HP gain at the wheel, and see if it worth the trouble of CEL....

thanks,
CS

btw, did a search, can't come up with some good numbers.

Most people say up to 3-4whp, although I've never seen a dyn chart thats just what I usually hear here.
