88-91 civic taking 90-91 harness for LS-V? what do I change

88-91 civic taking 90-91 harness for LS-V? what do I change
Alright, I have done lots of wiring just drawing a blank here guys someone please shed some light here.
I have a 88-91 hatch, I have the DPFI. I want to convert to MPFI, already looked and found that, Also adding vtec.
I have three harness, 1.b16a jdm, 2.90-91 teg harness b18a1, 3. 88-91 harness DPFI
I know I need the plugs from the Ls harness for the injector clips and other sensors, and the vtec plugs and Dizzy plugs. I am just lost, and which one to start ripping apart. Do I just modify the LS one, but the what do I do with the shock tower plugs arent they different? I know about sending the pins to the ecu I have that taking care of and can I use the resistor box from the b16a or the LS.? someone figure out what I talking about...? lol thanks..
