Preparing for the next Auto-X event...
I finally went Auto-Xing this past weekend. Although I drive a big, heavy, luxury boat (CL Type S) I still had a blast. Didn't think my car was able to drift like that... 
Anyway, since it was my first time, I had no idea what to do with tire pressure and so on and so forth. Fortunately people from the SCCA Steel Cities group were very nice and helped me with the tire pressure (thanks Aleph). Here was my setup:
Michelin OEM tires
39 psi front tires (cold)
33 psi rear tires (cold)
TEIN SS Coilovers
9 clicks front struts
11 clicks rear struts
(1= stiffest and 16 = softest)
Comptech Swaybars
27mm front
22mm rear
My question is: Someone had told me to set the front struts softer than the rears (reverse of what I had) because that would induce oversteer. Is this true? I was pushing a lot through the tighter corners...would it be helpful to have a car that oversteered more?

Well first of all you need higher pressures in your tires. OEM tires roll over at those pressures. Try 42 front and 38 rears. And yes you should have harder settings on the rears to get the back of the car to rotate (less understeer) for a better balanced car. Try like 8 clicks front and 1 click rear.
