who can make a throttle body adapter?

Looking for a one off deal if you can recommend anyone.

What TB are you adapting to what motor? The common adaptions are for a Moostang 75mm and Q45 90mm, and I know Edlebrock has the 75mm adapter for $30.

Is the VK56 bolt pattern similar to anything else out there? Some type of BBK or Accufab? I know at my work we made Q45 to DSM tb adapters, so it's most likely doable to a VK56 pending on bore and bolt location.
