Is this tire still good?

It's a Hankook Z2000 R-compound. This is the outer edge. It's sort of peeling, but it looks like just more rubber underneath. I've used it like this in back for a couple of lapping sessions and an autocross and it hasn't deteriorated. Does it look safe to you guys? The darker areas are just wetness, it rained last night. Thanks.
