B-Series, Cracked Fuel Injector Tip...
I believe it's called the pintle. I'm not sure if this is safe to run in this condition...
Anyone have experience running one in similar condition?

Yep, its really no big deal, as long as the part where the injector shoots the gas out of isnt blocked.
Id break the rest of that off, just so it doesnt end up, melted in your engine block somewhere.
