Need help with P172 trouble code on RSX
I've got some questions on a 2003 Acura RSX Type S. I'm trying to help out a friend. It has a Greddy non-intercooled drag turbo kit on it. However, it just does not run correctly, and when I took it out for a drive, it seems to hesitate and not run right. I got the P172 trouble code that I'm told is system too rich.
It would be nice to know what boost and everything it is running at, but unfortunately there is no boost gauge on the car to be able to tell exactly what is going on. Do you guys have any ideas on what else we could check, or what exactly you think the issues would be with this. I appreciate all your help and feedback.

Ditch the POS emanage and get Kpro and get it tuned. Is he using the injectors that came with the kit? Also, it's called a greddy kit not greddy drag kit....Get a boost gauge it's only 60 bucks. Boosting on a budget FTL.
I agree with what you say. Unfortunately the friend is a car dealer, who is just trying to get everything together so that it can be sold. was hoping there might be some easier solutions.
