ITR/B16 Transmission, and then suspension, or do it the other way around...but make these your first changes for sure!
Bolts ons should come later.

IMO it's a waste of money to do any performance modifications if you're not making significantly more power. You're not going to notice a difference. I wouldn't even touch the exhaust to tell you the truth. My favorite thing about my b18c is that sweet song coming out of my throttle body, not the exhaust. Many may not agree, but I would first remove the intake resonator assembly since thats free, and like the others said, spend the dough on the one thing that you feel and see drastic results with relatively little money spent: suspension.

Even with all those items (which will run you much much more than $300) the only you would be hard pressed to "feel" a difference. I'm not saying it wouldn't be money well spent, but at the best you could be gaining 10-15 whp. Just speaking from experience here. I was much happier when I got around to playing with my suspension.

k guys i didnt clearly understand how suspension would improve my car, so i did some research and i kinda get it now, but i would feel more comfortable if someone would explain it in a simple way i would fully understand and examples of how suspension improved your cars would definately be appreciate as well. Also i looked around for suspension kits and i found a full JDM HONDA INTEGRA TYPE R OEM SUSPENSION kit that fits my car for only $130.00, is something wrong with that? opinions appreciated
lower center of gravity.... ever been in a fast car with alot of body roll??? not fun
lower car (done right) gives more grip. quicker cornering. unless you are going to drive in a straight line all the time then suspension is the best bang for your buck. saw on here someplace someone posted a eibach strut and spring kit for integras from sears for $500 (do a search). looked like a good deal.

In essence, by removing the resonator isn't that considered ricing?

I don't know, is a short ram intake like all the carbon whale penii I see in bays these days more rice than OEM gear? It's cheap for sure. I always considered ricing different in the eyes of everyone. To me, it's GT-R stickers on anything other than a GT-R, spray painting interior pieces weird colors, aluminum wings, altezzas, stuff like that to be rice. Some people consider a modified Honda to be rice, regardless of the quality of the product. If you consider removing the resonator ricing
to each their own.

would removing the resonator give my car a deeper sound or a more high pitched rice honda sound? also does it make a difference in my performance? would anyone who has removed their resonator give their 2 cents. thnx guys for answering all my ?'s by the way
I havent finished the suspension yet but I think that would be the best place to start as well. I personally started with a full exhaust and ya to sounded betted and added a little power but it still didnt handle the way I wanted it to.
Really all depends on which direction you want to go with the car. Auto-x, dragstrip, road corse, etc....
