Sure is. i was going to send a link because it's on a certain DIY in the 92-00 Civic FAQ/DIY page for how to Legalize a jdm motor with the CARB/BAR but they readjusted the links page and now i can't find it.

Im looking at a 95 GSR IM and a 98 GSR IM, I don't see any difference. The only sensors I see are the IAT, EVAP, and the one for the secondary butterflies(forgot what its called) and both models have them all, as well as the evap canister tube on the bottom backside.

I would only imagine a JDM one to be different?

Maybe then. Maybe it was for the charcoal canister/evap solenoid. I remember it being something about having one less inlet for vacuum.
