Default Any DB8 4 Door's with JDM ITR Exhaust?

I'm looking to pick-up new exhaust...

I already have a ported JDM ITR header installed. but my Kteller exhaust is bugging me and never fit right. I also want mycar to be OEM quiet again

Looked on JHPUSA and they have new ITR B-pipe and axle back JDM ITR Muffler but for coupe's..

now from what ive heard the only thing that needs to get modified on that is the tip on the muffler be extended 2-4" or so. is that true?

anyone with real-time experince?

I am running a coupe OEM ITR muffler on my sedan right now and yes the tip needs to be extended, mine is tucked under the bumper a little. I'm pretty sure the B-piping is about 4 inches too short also from the coupes to the sedans, you might need to get that extended also.

The ITR muffler does a great job at quieting the sound while still flowing good, I know that from personal experience. I have DC sports 4-1 header, Megan racing resonated test pipe and custom b-piping with a resonator in it(all 2 1/4") and with the ITR muffler barely is louder than stock. When you take off the muffler it sounds almost as loud as open header though, will easily get me pulled over.

but it all bolts up fine right?

I just want it to line up correctly on the two bend's and over the control arm like stock

I have the ITR DB8 muffler on my car and it bolts up like stock, you dont need to extend the tip it fits perfectly. A little bit in sound difference but definetly looks better then the stock USDM muffler.

my first choice would be the jdm db8R exhaust. if you can get the dc2 one and make it fit, more power to you. otherwise, i had a comptech unit for my db8 and i loved it.
